Platform Agreement for Pakistani Users

In these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "777sd" / "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 777sd.org and all associated subdomains, applications, and services operated thereunder.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who registers an account with 777sd or accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered account created by a Player upon successful completion of the 777sd registration process, including identity verification.
• "PKR Balance" / "Player Balance" refers to the funds denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) held in a Player's 777sd account, comprising deposited funds, bonus amounts, and accumulated winnings net of withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by 777sd that are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the multiplier applied to a bonus amount that must be fulfilled through qualifying bets before the bonus and/or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any activity identified in Section 9 of these Terms as a violation of platform rules, including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, and multi-accounting.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer verification process, including CNIC document submission, required to authenticate a Player's identity and age at 777sd.
• "Gaming License" refers to the international gaming license under which 777sd operates, which imposes binding obligations on the platform in respect of fair play, player protection, and regulatory compliance.

By completing the 777sd registration process, logging into an existing 777sd account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you acknowledge and confirm all of the following:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
• You have read and agree to the 777sd Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You have read and agree to the 777sd Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You are accessing 777sd voluntarily and understand the nature of online gaming, including the risk of financial loss.
• All information you have provided during registration is accurate, complete, and your own.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute arising from the interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version shall prevail. Translations, if any, are provided for convenience only and carry no legal weight.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account at 777sd, a User must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• Be at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration.
• Be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Not be a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or contractor of 777sd or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• Not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with 777sd or any affiliated platform operated under the same gaming license.
• Possess a valid Pakistani CNIC and a Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification.

777sd enforces the age restriction through a mandatory KYC process requiring CNIC submission upon registration. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will have their withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is successfully completed. 777sd will not process any withdrawal from an unverified account.

Each individual Player may hold only one (1) registered account with 777sd. The maintenance of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at 777sd's discretion following investigation.

When registering, Players must provide accurate and complete information, including full legal name as it appears on their CNIC, a valid and personal email address, a Pakistani mobile number registered in their own name, date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration process. Players are required to promptly update their account information if any of the provided details change.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including their email address and password. 777sd will never ask for your password via any communication channel. You must notify 777sd immediately through the support contact if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 777sd accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where reasonable security precautions were not taken by the Player.

777sd is required under its gaming license to conduct identity verification (KYC) of all registered players. This involves the submission of a clear image of the front and back of your Pakistani CNIC. Players may be required to submit additional documentation — such as proof of address or source of funds — where required by regulatory obligations. Accounts that fail KYC verification will have withdrawal access suspended and may be subject to closure.

All deposits to 777sd accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits: JazzCash mobile wallet, EasyPaisa mobile wallet, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa debit/credit card, and Mastercard debit/credit card. 777sd reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion, with notice provided on the platform where practicable.

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 per transaction.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits credit to the Player's 777sd account balance instantly upon successful completion of the mobile wallet transaction.
• Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard interbank processing times and typically credit within 1 to 3 business hours during banking hours.
• All deposit funds must originate from a payment source registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of the receiving account.
• 777sd does not charge deposit processing fees. However, the Player's mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which 777sd bears no responsibility.
• 777sd reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of any deposit where required by anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under the platform's gaming license.

Withdrawals from a 777sd account are available only to Players who have completed the KYC verification process. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will not be processed. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Player's 777sd account. 777sd will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous payment services, or cryptocurrency wallets.

• JazzCash & EasyPaisa: Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes during platform operating hours.
• Bank Transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank): Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 business hours, subject to interbank processing schedules.
• Visa / Mastercard: Card withdrawals are processed within 3 to 7 business days, subject to card issuer processing times.

Minimum withdrawal amount: PKR 500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per rolling period apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Player's account dashboard. VIP account holders may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits, subject to individual account arrangements. 777sd reserves the right to apply enhanced review procedures to withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

777sd reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal request for up to seventy-two (72) hours for the purposes of security review, fraud investigation, or AML compliance. In the event that a bonus has been claimed and the associated wagering requirement has not been met, the bonus balance will be forfeited upon withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance. Withdrawal of the real-money portion of a mixed balance is permitted at any time subject to wagering rules applicable to any active bonus.

777sd offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are displayed alongside the promotional offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

• All bonuses are awarded at 777sd's sole discretion and may be modified, withdrawn, or discontinued at any time without advance notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the promotional terms for each offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the time of expiry will be automatically forfeited.
• 777sd reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of a technical error, or any attempt to circumvent the wagering requirements.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are stated in the promotional terms.

All betting and gaming activities conducted on the 777sd platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the game or event in question, which are available within each game's information panel or the sportsbook rules section. These general principles apply across all betting and gaming activities on 777sd:

• Bets are accepted and settled at 777sd's sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until it has been accepted by the 777sd system and a bet reference number has been generated.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or a live betting market, 777sd reserves the right to void any affected bets. All settlement decisions made in such circumstances are final.
• Odds, game RTPs, and payout structures are displayed within each game or market and are correct at the time of display. 777sd is not liable for errors arising from a Player's misreading of displayed odds or game information.
• Live in-play betting markets for cricket (including PSL), baseball, and other sportsbook events are subject to suspension and re-pricing at any time. Bets accepted before a market suspension are settled at the odds applicable at the time of acceptance.
• 777sd reserves the right to limit, restrict, or decline any bet from any Player at any time without being required to provide a reason.
• All slot games and RNG table games on 777sd use certified random number generators. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are stated in the game information panel.
• Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in certified studio environments. All live dealer shuffling and dealing procedures are subject to the certification requirements of 777sd's gaming license.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777sd platform. Violation of any of the following will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one 777sd account.
• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Underage Gaming: Attempting to register or operate an account when under the age of 21, or facilitating access by a person under the age of 21.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback, reversal, or recall of a completed deposit transaction with your payment provider.
• Match Fixing / Collusion: Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or casino game through collusion, insider information, or any other means.
• Software Manipulation: Using any automated software, bot, AI tool, script, or third-party application to interact with the 777sd platform in a manner not authorised by 777sd.
• Bonus Abuse: Using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit wagering requirements, including through hedging strategies, chip dumping, or coordination with other Players.
• Money Laundering: Using the 777sd platform to launder, conceal, or transfer funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Abusive Conduct: Directing abusive, threatening, or offensive language at 777sd staff or other Players through any communication channel associated with the platform.

777sd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The following tools are available to all registered Players directly from their account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, effective immediately upon setting.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications delivered at intervals set by the Player to indicate elapsed session time.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary restriction on access to the 777sd platform for a defined period between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or time-based exclusion from the 777sd platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

777sd strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement as the foundational element of its responsible gaming programme. Players who believe they may have a gambling-related problem are encouraged to seek assistance. These tools are self-service and do not require a support interaction to activate.

All content on the 777sd platform — including but not limited to the 777sd name, logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, software, and game content provided by 777sd or its third-party game providers — is the property of 777sd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777sd platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any 777sd content in any medium.
• Modify, create derivative works of, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform or its software.
• Use 777sd trademarks, logos, or branding in any context without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the 777sd website on any other website or application.

Violation of these intellectual property restrictions will result in immediate account closure and may give rise to legal action. Third-party game content accessible through 777sd is licensed from its respective providers and remains subject to those providers' intellectual property rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777sd's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall be limited to the amount deposited by the Player in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777sd accepts no liability whatsoever for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of expected winnings, or any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform, whether planned or unplanned.
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information displayed on the platform, including odds, game statistics, or sports data.
• Any failure or delay in transmission caused by internet connectivity issues, device incompatibility, or third-party service disruptions outside 777sd's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate security precautions.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 777sd's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

777sd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without advance notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Instruction from a relevant regulatory authority or law enforcement body.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy procedures and PKR balance protections.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through the account settings panel or by contacting 777sd support. Before closing, Players should withdraw their remaining PKR balance in full. 777sd will process any outstanding verified balance following account closure through the Player's registered payment method, subject to standard AML checks.

777sd reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Where amendments are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes — those that substantially affect Player rights or obligations — 777sd will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice through platform notifications or registered email communications.

Your continued use of the 777sd platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account as described in Section 13. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction in which 777sd holds its primary gaming license. This is without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the Player's jurisdiction of residence.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and 777sd that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure described in Section 16, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated under 777sd's gaming license, whose decision shall be binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 777sd from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court in any jurisdiction in respect of any actual or threatened breach of these Terms by a Player.

If you have a complaint about the 777sd platform, please contact the 777sd support team in the first instance. 777sd is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly. Complaints should be submitted in writing to the 777sd support email address set out below, providing:

• Your full name and registered email address.
• Your 777sd account reference number or username.
• A clear description of the complaint, including relevant dates and transaction reference numbers.
• Any supporting documentation relevant to the complaint.

777sd will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Complex complaints involving financial transactions or regulatory matters may take longer to investigate. 777sd will communicate the expected timeline in its acknowledgement response.

If you are not satisfied with 777sd's response to your complaint following the internal process, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated under 777sd's gaming license. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available from the 777sd support team upon request.
